    Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before applying through www.mypartyholiday.com and setting up a payment plan for any Accommodation/ Events package (the “Service”) offered by Holiday Event Tickets LTD(“us”, “we”, or “our”).
    Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all users of the Service.
    By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
    Payment Policy
    To secure a place with us, we require that a payment plan be set up to ensure the accommodation and events package is paid off in full before arrival. This is essential to reserve your accommodation and ensure you are booked in for any organised (as advertised) events for your chosen arrival date.
    If a payment is missed or fails for any reason, we will retry that payment every three days up to a maximum of three attempts. After which your booking with us will be canceled and you may be charged an administrative fee of £25 to reinstate your place.
    It is therefore your responsibility to ensure you have sufficient funds in your account to cover those payments and your sole responsibility to contact us to update is with any new bank/ debit/ credit card details to ensure the agreed payments are met in accordance with any pre-scheduled dates.
    Payment plans are set at weekly, fortnightly or monthly intervals for your convenience. Payment plans set up extremely close to your arrival date may be limited to the fortnightly or weekly plans- as the full balance MUST be paid off in full no later than 2 weeks before arrival.
    Once a payment plan has been set up and the terms agreed, payments will be automatically processed via Stripe payment gateway on the dates outlined in the payment section of the user’s dashboard. The payments will be processed around the same time the payment plan was set up.
    If you need to change your arrival date, accommodation package or resort for any reason you can request this change via the amendments section on your My Party Holiday website dashboard for a member of Admin team to review and see if this is feasible you can also email office@mypartyholiday.com. These changes will be subject to availability and you will receive an e-mail confirmation in accordance with the decision, once your request has either been accepted or denied.
    There is an administrative fee of £25 per amendment which is in most cases added to your total package price but can in some cases be requested before an amendment can be accepted.
    Your My Party Holiday Package
    It’s essential to know exactly what it is you are paying for and what’s included before securing your place with us as we cannot take any responsibility for any lack of due diligence.
    Accommodation & Deposits for My Party Holiday are in association with carefully selected trusted accommodation suppliers to provide you with accommodation that meets our standards and criteria.
    In most cases you will be required to pay a damage deposit on arrival of between €50 & €100 This is usually refundable as long as you have respected the rules of the accommodation and there is no damage on your departure. This is also explained again in further detail in the arrivals group chat & again upon arrival during check in.
    On departing from the hotel/ apartment please ensure your apartment is clean and in the condition that you found it in when you arrived or you receiving your deposit may back could be jeopardised. If there are major breakages or damages arising from your stay please understand that the hotel is within their rights to withhold all or some of your deposit to cover these costs.
    Your room deposit will need to be reclaimed on the day you check out of the hotel/apartment. If you fail to do this it is highly likely this will result in the loss of your deposit.
    Please ensure you pay your deposit to the hotelier, My Party Holiday Rep or Hotel Reception ONLY and to no other person. Always keep copies of ALL receipts of payments for your own protection. We can take no responsibility for any rent or deposit paid to anyone else but the hoteliers, My Party Holiday reps or a member of the hotel staff.
    All bills for amenities such as WIFI, cleaning, electricity and water are included- however in some resorts & certain accommodation there may be an extra charge, this will also be explained in the arrivals group chat and the online reps will make every effort to describe as accurately as possible if this is the case for your specific resort/accommodation when handling your queries.
    Additional services such as extra room keys (due to loss), gas bottles, laundry costs & personal expenses such as food, drinks purchased through the property will also be deemed as an extra charge and are strictly under no circumstances included in the My Party Holiday accommodation and events package..
    With the accommodation packages- it is important to respect the fellow guests both within the My Party Holiday Package and other independent guest within the hotel as a whole. Failure to follow the apartment rules set out in the arrivals group chat can result in eviction without deposit.
    Where possible the Hotelier or My Party Holiday Rep will give the culpable My Holiday Guests a prior warning before considering evection I’d the offence which is stipulated in the hotels ‘terms and conditions’ breeched.
    If any actions are deemed completely unacceptable or dangerous to the guest or the hotel itself, such as but not limited to serious damage, theft, fighting or general anti-social behaviour the Rep or Landlord can and will exercise their right to immediately evict the individual without reimbursing the deposit or being held acceptable for finding alternative accommodation for you without any further costs.
    Ultimate Events Package
    On arrival, our main priority is for you all to settle into your rooms in the hotel and meet your My Party Holiday Reps- these guys will give you the lowdown with everything that’s going on, loads of useful info about the hotel and the resort and finally to make sure you have all of your event tickets for the week. Our Reps will be available all week in the hotel should you need their assistance for anything.
    Once you’ve checked into the hotel and have had your welcome meeting, feel free to explore the resort, let your hair down and absorb everything your trip with My Party Holiday has to offer. We cannot stress the importance of you all feeling comfortable in your new surroundings and making new friends with the other My Party Holiday guests who will quickly turn into family when you arrive. This is why we always include our famous Ultimate Events Package (some of you may have bought this individually) We always line up the hottest events for you the island has to offer to compliment your My Party Holiday. The events included in your package will clearly specify what’s included on the excursion along with the date it is being hosted and the meeting time.
    Your barcoded event tickets will be given to you on arrival by your My Party Holiday Rep. It’s imperative you take full responsibility of your event tickets and ensure they are stored safely within the safety deposit box of your hotel. In the event that you lose them, or a hotel maid accidentally throws them away it’s highly unlikely we will be able to replace them as we have had to purchase them in advance from the event organiser on the island. Their stance is often that if an event ticket has been ‘lost’ or could of been stolen/ or duplicated which in turn will result in a financial loss for them. So please- keep all Your tickets safe and be prepared to pay the face value of the ticket should it be misplaced or stolen if you still wish to go on that event.
    Travel Arrangements
    Flights are obviously a huge part of your travel plan. We are not liable for any travel arrangements or cost for your flight to your summer resort. We will not be held liable for any changes/delays or cancellations for your flights. The flight company with which you booked should be contacted as your contract is with them. We will do everything we can to assist you in this instance and help rearrange your airport transfer into resort..
    Flights home and transfers back to the airport are also not our responsibility. Again, we will assist in helping you book a flight if needed and can help arrange travel to the airport but this is not paid for by us as a company and you should budget your final weeks in resort accordingly to allow for return flights and transfers.
    Airport Transfer
    We make every effort to be there for you from the moment you arrive on the transfer in resort to answer any questions you have. You will be responsible for organising your own transfers and our My Party Holiday online reps will be available to assist you with this if you need so no need to worry about getting lost. Along with the other My Party Holiday Guests you will be given clear instructions in the arrivals group chat to find your rep at the meeting point on arrival. Your rep will then welcome you all into resort and explain the plan for the night ahead before taking you all to your accommodation to check in. In some cases where for example the My Party Holiday Rep is called to an emergency, we may ask you to wait patiently where the transfer drops you off for us to arrange for another rep to get to you.
    My Party Holiday Team
    My Party Holidays prides themselves on having the most established Reps in the business. From those on the end of the phone dealing with any enquiries you may have, through to our friendly, committed and enthusiastic Resort Reps guiding and assisting you throughout your My Party Holiday Summer. We are always on hand to assist in any way we can. To provide this level of service we will often record phone calls between our team and yourselves as part of our ongoing training.
    Cancellations-Ultimate Holiday Package.
    If for any reason you are no longer able to attend or you decide you no longer want to it is important to request to cancel as soon as possible by sending an email to office@mypartyholiday.com. If you have booked a holiday and set up a payment plan and you wish to cancel there is a £60 per person cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is in addition to any payments you have already made on your payment plan. You may have the option to carry your place over to the following summer along with any funds paid including the cancellation fee. The decision to allow your place to be carried over will be at our discretion and any such requests MUST be made at least three months before your arrival date.
    The associated payment plan will also be cancelled- however any payments due within FIVE days of the cancelation e-mail being received cannot be stopped and will not be refunded.
    Please note that due to commitments to our accommodation partners we cannot offer any refunds on payments made towards your package once the terms and conditions have been accepted and a payment plan has been set up. The only exception to this is in cases where a mistake has been made on our part or for duplicate payments. If existing package is not available in next year a similar package can be provided. Any extra costs to be paid for by the customer. No cash refunds if choose package at a lower cost.
    A booking cancellation can be made at any time & MUST be made by e-mail to office@mypartyholiday.com
    If you have secured your place for free and decide to cancel for any reason you will be liable for a cancellation fee of up to £60 per person, this cancellation fee can be charged to your account at any time after the cancellation request without prior Notice.
    This fee goes some way to cover admin and rep costs and accommodation reserved.
    Ultimate Events Package only cancellation fees
    All small deposits for the Ultimate Events Package are non-refundable should you no longer decide you want to participate or cancel your holiday. In the instance your holiday is cancelled we are able to transfer your deposit to a future summer holiday to use for any of our events packages- even if you decide to use it for another events package in a different resort. If you have not used your rolling deposit option after 24 months it will then become null and void and non-refundable.
    Travel Insurance
    It is absolutely essential you take this out before you come away with My Party Holiday. Cheap travel and health insurance can be found from as little as £50 from comparison websites. At the time of writing these terms anybody from the UK is covered by EHIC(E11) cards, however after leaving the EU this could well change so please ensure you are covered by an Independent insurance company. My Party Holiday will not be held liable for any costs incurred for medical expenses resulting in an accident, illness or injury sustained whilst working with us in the summer. So please ensure you have adequate cover.
    Flights home and transfers back to the airport are also not our responsibility. Again, we will assist in helping you book a flight if needed and can help arrange travel to the airport but this is not paid for by us as a company and you should budget your final weeks in resort accordingly to allow for return flights and transfers.
    Circumstances Beyond Our Control
    As per our terms and conditions we will not pay any compensation, reimburse expenses, or cover losses for any amount or otherwise accept responsibility if we have to change your package after booking, or we, or our suppliers, cannot supply your package, or you suffer any loss or damage of any description, as a result of circumstances beyond our control. When we refer to circumstances beyond our control, we mean any event that we, or the supplier in question, could not foresee or avoid, even after taking all reasonable care. Such circumstances will usually include, but are not limited to, war, terrorist activity, civil unrest, industrial dispute, bad weather (actual or threatened) and significant building work outside your accommodation, which is not known to us in advance of your departure date and building work from a third party (such as resort development).
    We cannot accept liability or pay compensation if a holiday is cancelled or if changes to your holiday due to war, riot, civil strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disasters, fire or adverse weather conditions or any other reasons out of our control amounting to forced majeure. We ask all clients to purchase adequate insurance to cover them for such eventualities.
    You understand that if the authorities or council decide to close the club or bar where you work that we cannot be held responsible for the council or authorities’ decision.
    We strongly advise that if you are uncertain of anything you have read in our terms and conditions, please contact a member of our team before securing your place and setting up a payment plan.
    Notification of changes
    We reserve the right to change these conditions from time to time as we see fit and your continued use of the site will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms. If there are any changes to our privacy policy, we will announce that these changes have been made across our social media. If there are any changes in how we use our site customers’ Personally Identifiable Information, notification by email or postal mail will be made to those affected by the change. Any changes to our privacy policy will be posted across all our social media channels 14 days prior to these changes taking place. You are therefore advised to re-read this statement on a regular basis.
